Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Pike Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests.
