Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Iron Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
