Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
