Nova Maple Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
