Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
