Clearpath Lantern Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
