Case Manager - benefits navigation (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Hollow Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
