Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar West Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Las Vegas, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
