Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for care plans. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
