Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Las Vegas, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
