Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rook Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
