Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
