Highbridge Vale Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
