Case Manager - benefits navigation (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Bridge Care Services supports families and individuals in Knoxville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
