Case Manager - benefits navigation (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Maple Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting.
