Case Manager - benefits navigation (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
