Case Manager - benefits navigation (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
