Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Jacksonville, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
