Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Thistle Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
