Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Property Management looks after rental homes across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
