Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
