Case Manager - benefits navigation (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Ashton Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Indianapolis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
