Case Manager - benefits navigation (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Granite Community Partners is a nonprofit in Indianapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 600 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
