Case Manager - benefits navigation (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
