Case Manager - benefits navigation (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind River Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Indianapolis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
