Case Manager - benefits navigation (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Houston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
