Case Manager - benefits navigation (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
