Case Manager - benefits navigation (Houston, TX)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Houston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
