Case Manager - benefits navigation (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Honolulu area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
