Case Manager - benefits navigation (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
