Case Manager - benefits navigation (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
