Case Manager - benefits navigation (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Community Partners Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
