Case Manager - benefits navigation (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
