Bright Summit Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
