Case Manager - benefits navigation (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Corner Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
