Case Manager - benefits navigation (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Clear Care Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
