Case Manager - benefits navigation (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Health Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for referrals. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
