Case Manager - benefits navigation (El Paso, TX)

Nova Nest Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
