Case Manager - benefits navigation (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a nonprofit in El Paso supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
