Case Manager - benefits navigation (El Paso, TX)

Bright Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around El Paso, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
