Case Manager - benefits navigation (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Meadow Learning Group is an education provider in Detroit serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
