Case Manager - benefits navigation (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Detroit, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
