Case Manager - benefits navigation (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak North Property Management manages apartment communities around Des Moines. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
