Case Manager - benefits navigation (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Amber Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Denver. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
