Case Manager - benefits navigation (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
