Case Manager - benefits navigation (Denver, CO)

Northwind Quarry Health runs clinics and patient services around Denver, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
