Case Manager - benefits navigation (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Ridge Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
