Case Manager - benefits navigation (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Granite Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Denver, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
