Case Manager - benefits navigation (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Dallas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
