Case Manager - benefits navigation (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
